The first step is to meet so that I can find out more about you, your fitness history and what results you would like to see and by when.
Following this initial consultation I will prepare a bespoke training plan for you.
I will come to your home once, twice or three times a week and show you how to work out in the best way to achieve the results you want to see.
Training sessions are bespoke to you and tend to include a mixture of cardio, body weight and free weight exercises using dumbbells, resistance bands and kettlebells. I will bring all the equipment you need.
Sessions usually last 45 - 50 minutes and so can fit into a lunch break or between work or family commitments.
You will have access to a training App that will help you to implement positive habits and provide you with nutrition advice and guidance if that is of interest to you.
